How do I book party equipment?

Please browse our items and click on the "book" button to add the items and select the date you wish to choose. If the items is not available this may be because someone else has booked it for your preferred date. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us using the Contact section or call us.

When will items be delivered and collected?

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our Bouncy castles and equipment can be used in light rain showers but we would not recommend use in heavy rain or high winds. We will be in discussion with you if the weather is looking to be too poor for outdoor use. We will not set up any equipment outside in wind conditions more than 24mph or gusting winds - even with secure anchor points, there is a chance the unit can move and cause injury.

We will ask if you have an alternative indoor space that we can use for setting up. If this is not possible we will offer a future date to postpone your hire to. If we cannot find an alternative date and time which is suitable and you wish to cancel your booking, we will refund you in full

What is your cancellation policy?

Are you insured for any injuries?

We have £2million public liability which insures any member of the public should anything fail with our equipment being set up or the structural integrity of the hire unit is compromised in some way. Every hire will be set up by one of our team to a strict set of safety procedures. The members of public who use our units are not covered by our insurance if they use the unit outside of the regulations etc etc etc
